Interview process consisted of three stages: first with HR, then with the Hiring Manager, and finally with the VP. The overall process was relatively straightforward and not particularly technical or in-depth. Most of the questions focused on previous work experience, but there was limited deep exploration of specific scenarios or achievements.
The interviews felt more like an introduction to the company and its vision. In my experience, the company was presented in a very enthusiastic way, with a strong emphasis on growth and opportunity
