The interview was with two managers one seem to grill me in an intense manner, the other seemed to not be as intense almost like he didn't care. I felt he's seen it all and have participated in several interviews.

SaaS company and they were looking for multi threading concepts and security concepts. Skills sets required are java J2EE and hibernate. I found it reasonable n average. First level filter is for finding people whether they have hands on experience and problem solving skills and second level is to check technical skills

I applied directly to HR The process was easy. i was called to schedule a phone interview within two days. At the end of my phone interview, I was asked to come for an on-site interview
