I talked to a manager and after a few questions they took down my information to put me through a background check. The process was relatively simple and I only needed to wait a few days before the background check came back.

Applied online and in person. Got a call to go in about 3 different times. Process took 2 weeks, was asked availability and if I smoked. Asked why she should give me the job and where I saw myself in 5 years in their company. Gave me a smock on the spot and told me to come in certain days to begin online training.
