Smooth is the TLDR. It's a large company, but they seem to let your overhead manager dictate the process. To that end, for the engineering role, it was simple. One phone interview and one in-person interview. The interviewer/manager asked basic questions, no curveballs. We chatted about life in general, and got along well. He had another engineer take me on a plant tour, and I got to grill him about the culture and his overall happiness. He brought me back to the manager, who asked if I had any other questions, gave an anecdotal story, and took me to the door. I received a call within a week to go to dinner. I got the job offer at dinner.
