The interview process was tough. The job listing did not include anything about the position, job duties, salary range, qualifications, job details, etc. The only things it listed were about benefits and that this job was for entry-level and experienced social workers. I applied and received an interview invite. I did not get an offer, but I was put in contact with another program director and received a second interview. This interview resulted in my application being moved forward to a potential offer contingent on a reference skills survey. I had four people, including my supervisor, fill out the survey. It consisted of certain job skills such as dependability and punctuality. I received an email a week later stating that my skills were "very low" and an offer could not be made. This was humiliating because I knew my skill set, and my references were good references. This reference skill survey is very flawed, in my opinion.
