Applied online, a couple weeks later I have received a call asking to set up an onsite interview in which I have met a manager and a supervisor. Both of them were very nice and asked usual and expected questions. Then after the interview they showed me around the company. I waited 3 weeks before I had call them asking about what had happened and if a decision had been made, an hour later received an offer later through email.
