Coretex Tech Lead interview questions

A very disrespectful experience. The first step is a quick phone interview, where they don't ask if you have any questions about the position. Then turns out that the next step is some sort of an IQ test. It does not matter if you have a university degree in math or a trail of very successful projects with loads of references from you former bosses and reports. You need to prove your ability to add numbers before you'll deserve the right to ask tech questions re the position. It's the the only place I saw a non-technical test before the first interview. Just a glimpse of the potential work experience aligns perfectly with the awful reviews on this site. They set a red flag almost immediately. Then you come here, read the reviews and withdraw your application.
