Met with multiple team members over 4-6 weeks. Had to prepare a custom deck based on a presentation in 24 hours and a 90 minute writing test. The employees that hadn't been there long seemed content, the ones that had been there for years gave off a weary vibe. Was asked by multiple interviewers if I was comfortable working for "demanding people".
