Interview
An enjoyable experience from start to finish. I met with a consultant called Lyndsey and she was amazing. We had a great chat through my CV and what my expectations were for my next job. She put me forward to 5 or 6 roles and was super helpful the entire time. She provided lots of information on each brand and told me exactly what to expect from each interview. I was new to London at the time so really appreciated all her help!

The interview was very conversational. I was asked questions about my financial accountability / P&L experience with the restaurant I was managing as well as various other questions about my experience.

Interview
.Only get one reply after over ten applications for this only interview with no feedback afterwards. In The interview was surprisingly short / 15 mn sharp and rushed all along; rather unprofessional approach as truly felt I was discussing with someone just out of school with no operation background therefore unqualified for recruitment, he for sure had no clue about the restaurant/hospitality industry, also felt that the consultant was looking me down as well as the industry itself, also quite unpolite, beside I strongly felt I was just a number or a file in his drawer...
