CoreWeave Technical Project Manager interview questions

Screen call w/ recruiter, 1 hr. technical call w/ team lead, 1 hr. panel interview w/ 2 directors. Overly drawn out process w/ no clear timelines for each interview stage & final offer (although they may say there is a general expectation of 5 days). Role requirements changed weeks after my final interview (Incredibly unfair to candidates and a major red flag). Location, site attendance & travel expectation all became much less favorable in case you're wondering. The phrase we are dynamic company because we're a "startup" is broadly used (not to the benefit of candidates or current employees). Company was technically started in 17' before they transitioned out of crypto & renamed to Coreweave in 19' and now has over 600 employees so i'm not sure how it's expected for people to still believe this. Aside from the potential for RSU's to be worth a lot when/if they go public I don't see any true driving force for wanting to work here.
