Initial call with a recruiter to discuss the role. Separate call with the President of Sobo IT a few days later. The job description was put in as 100% remote but was told on the phone call with the President that the first few months would be in person. It was also framed that this position is in place to help automate processes that would normally be a Level 1/Helpdesk role.
