First the interview with the recruiter and then demo lesson with one the operations managers. The process is pretty basic and standard nothing out of the ordinary. The recruiters are sweet and accomidating.

The interview was conversational, it was basically tell me about yourself type of interview, things like what are your hobbies, how do you start your day. I guess they want to hear your grammar, the way you speak English that's all.
