I applied a job posting on Indeed for a IT Technical Support role. Their Talent Acquisition Specialist reached out to me within the same day to schedule a phone interview the next week. We agreed on the time and day. The day before, the Talent Acquisition Specialist left me a voicemail and text to see if I can do the interview within the next 10 minutes or reschedule to a earlier interview the next day because they wanted to finish the interview then. I told her that I was free to do the interview now and we had the phone interview. It was basically just simple question like why are you leaving your current role, what do you expect with the company, how are you with VPN, networking, troubleshooting Windows, Active Directory experience, WAN and LAN experience. She said if I moved to the next step then I should hear back the next day with the hiring manager. I never heard back and it been a week so I guess they went with someone else.
