Interview
Met with the head of the NY office and several colleagues. They were friendly, knowledgeable and there was a good "vibe" in the communication. I had an offer within a couple of weeks. I felt respected and well-treated during the process. Management doesn't play games. I found the recruiting process to be transparent and painless.

There were no trick questions. Interviewers are interested in whether you have the skills to do the job and whether you can get along well with others, as you are assigned to different teams depending on the client involved. You need to be flexible and be able to transition and work well with many different personality types, although it seems like management takes care to try not to hire people with bad attitudes.
