The interview process consisted of a screening interview with HR and then a Teams interview with the hiring manager and a teammate. After spending time interviewing, the company ghosted me completely.

Multiple interviews were conducted. First, there was an initial HR screening, then two different interviews with Quality Management. The entire interview process took approximately six (6) weeks to complete before an offer letter was provided.
