My friend was originally offered the job. She declined. I contacted the hiring manager. We communicated via email. The interview was set up for the same week. The interview lasted about one hour. Manager was professional and gave great information. Everything was one time. I followed up the same day with a email thanking him for this time and that I was very interested in the position. I was offered the job the very next day.

Interview
Craigslist. CFO interviewed. He's very condescending and a know it all. You are always wrong, and cannot answer his questions correctly. CEO interviews next. His interview is laid back and casual. I was interviewing for an operational position and have 20 yrs experience. These two are operationally clueless so the interviews were easy.
