Applied online and was contacted for an interview on the following Wed. However, HR contacted twice to reschedule the interview dates as interviewer was unable to make it - Note that initial interview date & time was requested by the interviewer.
Actual interview was a panel which consisted of the interviewer and a HR representative, which lasted about 45mins. Most of the questions was asked by the HR representative, which required me to walk through my past working experience as well as the reason behind leaving my previous jobs. Felt that the interviewer was rather rude, as he seems to be busy working behind his laptop throughout the interview. Thereafter, he asked to repeat my working experience once again once done with his work, this definitely show that he has not been paying attention throughout.
Was told that I would be informed of the interview outcome within a week but was left hanging. Definitely not a good experience with such a big group in hotel industry.
