Very unorganized and unprofessional. Based upon their questions, I do not know if they were really sure what they were looking for. Took 3 weeks for the complete interview process
the interview process was long. First here was a phone interview, and then there was a virtual interview, anthen there was in person interview, and then another virtual interview conference call

Interview
Very unstructured and odd, was surprised by the lack of logic in the entire process. There was very little if any documentation or overview of my goals, expectations or responsibilities when I was hired. I think that their on boarding is one of the bigger weaknesses that the company has.
