Met with Natasha and Liz, extremely personable and made me feel comfortable as a graduating senior in a marketing program. They asked me detailed questions on my passions and ambitions and relayed it back to the job title while also letting me express my own interests.

Pretty good interview and casual. If you don't fit the vibe of the company's culture, then it's hard to stay long. Connecting with not just the managers but the associates will give a sense of how the interview will go.

Met with the manager she missed our first appointment and we scheduled for the next day, she was still 10 minutes late and asked me question about my resume and told me about the company. She expected me to know all the special things and facts about the company. I read about them but not that in depth. If you want this job research the company throughly.
