The interview process was easy. The most difficult part was doing several haircuts on a doll head. There were several hair cuts required including both girl haircuts and boy haircuts

Application process can only be completed online, and a psychological test is conducted . The salon manager interviews potential candidates who also have to complete a technical cut. Before hiring a background check is required for this position.
