Surprisingly, respectful unlike most of the companies today. The process was seamless and enjoyable from beginning (screening) to end and I was updated throughout the process. People were friendly and interview was informative. The only downside is towards the end, the decision on my candidacy took awhile but that’s because I was one of the backup choices so it made sense I won’t get an update quickly. I wish more companies treated their candidates like Convoso treated me. Other companies these days straight up ghost you, don't provide update and waste your time. It sucks they didn’t hire me but I’m glad Convoso was different and treated me with respect.
