The interview process was horrible and felt disorganised from start to finish, with poor communication and unclear expectations at every stage. The interviewer often seemed unprepared and frequently interrupted, which made the conversation feel rushed and dismissive. There were multiple rounds scheduled with very little notice, and some were rescheduled at the last minute without any proper explanation or apology, wasting a lot of time and energy. The questions themselves were mostly generic and repetitive, offering no real insight into the role, and there was hardly any opportunity to ask thoughtful questions about the company or team. Overall, the experience left a strongly negative impression and did not reflect a professional or candidate-friendly hiring culture at all
