The first interview was a fifteen minute get-to-know you interview. The development manager, Project manager, and another developer were involved. It was very casual. Then it took about another 2 weeks before I got a second interview. They sent me an invite for the second interview with a tech task that was optional. I decided to show a small tech task and do about 75% of the tech task they sent me to show. Interview went really well and they seemed impressed.
