Disorganized and wanted free consulting work. Basically gave 2-3 days probono consulting. I know this because the company I worked for pitched work for the same client they requested diligence on during the interview.

The interview process took a several weeks (a few months). Despite their insistence that they needed to fill the role, there were extensive delays in hearing back from them. They seemed quite disorganized.
