Control Risks IT Business Partner interview questions

Applied online, shortly thereafter contacted by HR in Mexico. One video interview with hiring manager and team member in the UK, then another with IT and North America leadership (likely video because of COVID). The first interview was great. The hiring manager and team member were very professional and transparent. The interview with leadership was the most unprofessional I've ever encountered. They were clearly unprepared and two very senior members of the company were giggling the entire time, as if there was some inside joke I wasn't a part of. I was also provided contradictory (and important) information between the first and second interviews. Something about this company's culture seems VERY strange, but I can't put my finger on what it is.
