Contract Callers interview questions

I was asked why I think I would be a good fit for the position. I was also asked if I knew what they do. And what exactly that entailed. I was explained how their commission process works and how I am able to earn a commission on a regular basis if I put forth the effort and learn their process which has been a proven success.

I was recommended for the position by an employee already working for CCI. My resume was submitted and a telephone interview was setup.
