Received 1st call from manager for in person interview. I interviewed with manager 2x and VP 1x (not normal, but she happened to be in town). Took about 3-4 weeks to get offer. Initially offered lower amount, negotiated a higher amount.

I interviewed with Christin Tenpenny. It was a very good interview. I felt that she asked some tough questions, and also was gauging my personality well. I felt like she was easy to relate to and make a connection. The property manager was at the office working on his budget, so he was brought in at the end. Unfortunately, he did not have any good questions.
