Continua Interiors interview questions

I applied online and was contacted by a recruiter for a screener. The recruiter was friendly on the phone but consistently disorganized in email communications. Emails were sent with templates signed with someone else's name or all fillable fields left unfilled and in [JOB NAME] format. I was invited to an in-person interview for the second round. The manager did not seem prepared for the interview as it was not well structured and he did not have many clear questions for me. He admitted that they needed help but the hiring process was being prolonged due to workloads. I was told I would hear back within two weeks which I did, although they reposted the listing in the meantime.
