1. Phone screening with the recruitment person 2. Video call with one technical manager, one Human resources person, and one person from the recruitment agency. 3. After the video call I got positive feedback and was called back via phone to say what salary I was expecting. After that, I was ghosted and I reached out a week later to find out what happened. They said that my expectations(within the range of the local market) were double what they were willing to pay, so they decided to not move forward with an offer.
