I applied through a staffing agency. The process took 4 weeks. I interviewed at Continental (Bengaluru) in May 2018
Interview
I was supposed to have 5 Rounds.
1. Multiple Choice (Technical so for me it was JAVA)
2. Programming Round
3. Technical Discussion
4. Manager Round
5. HR discussion
What i didn't liked was there was no co-ordination between their employee & HR and at end candidate needs to suffer as result.
I Went through the first 3 rounds and all was good but interviewer asked me to leave post technical discussion.
After 3 hours I got the call from HR why I left as I cleared all those rounds so need to have a manager round too but by that time I already had left the office premises.
They again scheduled a call for next business day for another rounds.
Again after some time they called me back and told one who needs to take interview will be on leave and he will reschedule which never happened.
Such a poor management who don't know how to organize an interview.
Requesting them don't waste one's time, energy & money.

Question 1
Questions started from basics java and based on knowledge they asked from Spring.
Couples of questions were from DB too.
It was an easy to medium interview process.
As entry level it was quite smooth, mostly basic python questions and clarity in algorithm and approach to a problem was interviewed.
One Technical round followed by managerial round and finally hr round happened.

RADAR concepts and Python basics, as the role was for Testing Radar
Talk about process, behavior and code test some times, not every time, depends on management and scope of the project, technical questions are about scope, embedded C, AUTOSAR, embedded Linux, ask recruiter if needed for more info.
It was on campus one day total 4 rounds.
