Continental Automotive Group interview questions

Applied online and had a phone interview. Asked my background, salary, and strength and weakness three times. The interaction was dull and uninterested, which made the interview uneasy. Got a rejection email the next day.

The process started off like any other. One phone call turned into a phone interview and that turned into a Google Teams interview. Then I was invited to a Cultural Fit Day. That means you work a day in the department and then they make a decision. Only when they make that decision they do not tell you. So for what they're asking for it seems like a simple courtesy to follow up. Rude.
