This was the most chaotic and crazy interview experience ever. It was FOUR hour interview! They had everyone who applied for the postion come in at the same time. The first section was a powerpoint presentation by the ceo which clearly was not practiced because he forgot his own company slogan and the slides were freezing. Then we had individual interviews which went smooth I guess. After that we went into their conference room and was given a 30 minute assignment then had lunch. After lunch they made us pair up with other people who were interviewing for the same position and work together to come up with a presentation. After the presentation, the workers questioned us then that was it. After that it was time for questions. The only project manager in the company said " project managers dont really do anything we just talk" and i thought that was a crazy response to say out loud ESPECIALLY in front of the ceo. Also someone asked what success looked like in this role and no one really had an answer, even the ceo. Someone else asked what was the next steps again after this FOUR hour interview and they said " there MIGHT BE another interview" like???? after an initial phone call interview then a 4 hour interview how do you not know if you're going to pick someone or not??? what other questions could you possible ask??? it also seemed like they were cosplaying and didnt think this process through. or like they were acting like they worked at google or some big important company and wanted the most weird interview process ever but wanted to come across as innovative ?
