I sent in my application by email and heard back maybe 3 weeks later. The interview was held the following week in their office located behind the museum. The interviews were back to back and were in 30 minute slots (very strict about the time, no more than 30 minutes). There were three staff members conducting the interview including the CEO, all were very nice. For the first 15-20 minutes of the interview they laid out the position and its responsibilities. The last 10-12 minutes were questions. They didn't ask any of the standard interview questions that one would expect. It was more questions expanding upon your resume to give you the opportunity to show that you can handle job based on the description they just gave you.
They told me that I could expect to hear back in a week to see if I made it to the second round. After two weeks passed I assumed that I did not make it to the second round. A month after the interview, I got an email notifying me that I was not chosen.
