Very organized and professional. Sat through multiple meetings before receiving job offer. I don't have more to say about this but the field requires 30 words whether I need them or not.

One day orientation at a local terminal. Fill out forms and install ELD in your truck. Perform a road test to make sure ELD is working correctly on the truck. After that you will be ready for dispatch before end of the day.
