Overall great! Usual Hr >> 2nd round (technical) >> Final round (technical/company fit) Questions from machine learning concepts, personality checks, "Have you ever been in a situation, how did you react" type of question. After thoroughly reviewing the company culture and gaining a positive impression of the leadership's vision and values during the interview, I accepted the offer.

The interview process consisted of a hiring manager (1st round), take-home case study, present case study to a panel. My presentation went well and the panel did not have any in depth questions for me. so that gave me an impression that I answered everything perfectly in my presentation. Took a while to get back and I had to reach out. They asked for references. After my reference check, they rejected me. I asked for feedback and never heard from them again, Very unprofessional. Took me many hours to work on this interview and they just ignore you at the end. Completely ghosted. Would not recommend to work for this company. They clearly don't know what they are looking for. Bunch of amateurs if you ask me.
