I applied through other source. The process took 1 week. I interviewed at Consumer Cellular (Tempe, AZ) in May 2016
Interview
My first point of contact was through a recruiter at a job fair, who took my resume and contact information. That next week I got an email and a call from a hiring manager, Kurtis, who set up a phone interview with me. The phone interview was great, pretty thorough, and Kurtis was really enthusiastic. That first interview took about 20 minutes, during which he set me up for a face-to-face group interview at the company for later that week.
The group interview was fun too, there were 4 other people in the interview with me and we took turns answering the hiring manager's questions. After about thirty or forty minutes, he let us see a glimpse of the work area, and how one of the clusters of desks was set up. He answered our questions and then we were done; all in all it took about an hour.

Question 1
During the phone interview, Kurtis asked me to pretend that he was a customer asking how to send a text message with his phone, and to instruct him through it using the setup of my current phone.

Interview
I met with a temp agency recruiter in person after e-mailing her regarding interest in a job posting. She might've technically interviewed me, but it sure didn't seem like it - briefly discussed my previous roles and what I liked about them, and why I was seeking a new job. After that, I was referred to a tour at the CCI facilities and was offered a job less than 24 hours after the tour concluded.

Interview
Very cutthroat and unprofessionally presented. They provided no documentation and vaguely bully you into working with them prior to presenting the real macoy. You will spend half a year being elgible for healthcare and bonuses and aren't told in the interview that you are within a probationary period.
