I applied online. The process took 1 day. I interviewed at Consumer Capital Advocates (Oakland Park, FL) in Jul 2020
Interview
I showed up approximately 10 minutes early for the interview and sat in their lobby waiting for my interview. During this time, they had some employees show up without a proper mask, and when one who had no mask on whatsoever was given one she wore it incorrectly. However the worst part was during the wait there was a group of people, at least two females and a male from what it sounded like were arguing LOUDLY about who knows what. It got so bad that I then heard at least those three and possibly others screaming and using profanities at one of the females. This was all hard to tell since I couldn't see the fight, and it carried on the entire time I waited. Because of this ridiculousness I was told by the front desk aid that they wanted to reschedule. The manager didn't even have the courtesy to do so, likely because the job is more of a babysitter than a leader based on the atrocious stupidity I heard from the lobby. This was by far the most unprofessional mess of a company I have ever seen without having to see mich at all. If a client came in looking for service from this group I bet the life of my entire family they would have said no and moved on to a more professional group. Based on the few folks I saw coming in and walking around the building that they only have either young kids with little to no knowledge of what a professional environment is, or older folks that don't care where they work. Being that the location is within a portion of Fort Lauderdale that is not known to be that great, I am not surprised and should have known better than to accept an interview with them.
Interview questions [1]
Question 1
Wouldn't know regarding the position due to a huge fight that broke out in their main room causing the interview to never happen. The only question I was asked is if I wanted to reschedule.
