Worst interview experience ever! There is no clear direction, people interviewing are not working for the company, no timeline and zero responses. I don’t think they know the definition of ethics or compliance. Feeling like I dodged a major bullet!

Who does phone interviews when you have zoom, Teams and handful of other tools to use?
I had multiple interviews, first with the HR team and then with a member of the department I was applying for. My second interview, the interviewer spent more time talking about herself than talking to me. Other than that, everyone was pleasant to interact with.

Interview
You’ll apply on their website, there is a survey that takes a bit of time. An email from HR follows up, then you’ll have a zoom interview with HR. if that goes well, you’ll have a Zoom interview with the manager of the position you’re interviewing for. Then there’s another Zoom interview with the department head. If that all goes well, they’ll set up an in person interview with 2 new people, and the manager head. It will take over 2 hours. You won’t hear from them from almost a week, and then you’ll get a rejection with no reason, and they won’t respond to your email asking for any feedback.
