Construct Digital interview questions

Smooth interview process. The hiring manager and HR were very helpful. The interview had 3 rounds - 1. Screening 2. Technical - Submitting references and work samples after round 2 3. Chat with the CEO

On email, it sounded very professional. During the interview, i was quite dissapointed. It was the first interview with the company, the interviewer did not try to make eye contact even though the interview is via zoom. The interviewer was reading from a second screen and at most times, i was facing his side view. There was no mentioned that he was viewing from a second screen and seek the understanding of the interviewer.
