A phone interview was first just describing my resume. After was an in-person interview with HR and manager to further discuss resume in addition to basic HR interview questions.

Interview
The interview process went very smooth. I interviewed with HR first. Then I was interviewed by 3 different APU managers several different departments. All the interviews ended up being very conversational and not interrogative. I received a plant tour then interview with the plant manager last.

Interview
Very casual, straight to the point, questions were primarily based off of my resume. I dressed up in golf attire and wore steel toe boots. Very friendly staff and close knit family.
