Interviewed in person by two people and was promised interview feedback within 1 week.
No update was given by the Company on my interview feedback, instead I had to chase this some 2.5 weeks later. They then replied via email and promised they would confirm an outcome by the end of that week. I then receiving nothing as promised within their time frame, and the next week received a standard rejection email, which gave no context of why my application was unsuccessful.
Awful experience and would not recommend anyone going through their interview process!

Two technical interviews each lasting one hour, back to back. First interview was specific to Bespak, asking how I would have designed their products and the second was general riddles/guesstimates.

3 different ways you could power an auto injector. Which is the best way?
The standard riddle where you have three men facing a wall all wearing a green or blue hat and one man on the other side of the wall. There are 2 green hats and two blue hats. How does the man on the opposite side of the wall know the colour of his hat.
Estimate the diameter of the earth.

They invited me to a meeting room and were asking basic qouestions,very profesional! Interview was about 15 min. The interview was easy and they were waiting for more people that's why it was so short.
