They hired employees through a staffing agency at first. It was three people in the interview. Vice President, Human Resources, and Account Manager. They all smile and are friendly. Very welcoming. Normal questions were asked. It lasted about 15-20 min. Each of them had their own set of questions. The interview was really a formality for them to decide if they liked you. I received an employment offer within 4 hours after I left.
