Consolidated Electrical Distributors interview questions

Started with a brief 15 minute phone call interview. Second round was in person. Questions were very formulaic in that it was question and then you answer. No space for conversation. Asked to complete a personality test that took about an hour.

There's multiple rounds and a few behavioral/personality tests. The interviews themselves are relatively relaxed with most topics revolving around lifestyle and the classic interview questions like strengths vs weaknesses. They look for the right personality type for this job, someone who wants to relocate and can work autonomously to make sure customers are in good credit standing.
