The process began with a short phone call with someone from HR, who provided an overview of the role and the company. They also asked me to go through my CV and asked some standard HR questions. The conversation was relaxed and enjoyable, and the HR representative gave a positive impression of the company. A few weeks later, I had the technical and final interview with the team lead and project manager. Both individuals were friendly and professional. The interview consisted of both personality and technical questions, although there was no coding exercise included. I would recommend that the company consider adding a coding component to their interviews, as it can be a valuable way to gauge a candidate's technical skills. Overall, the interviewers were open and honest about the challenges and expectations of the role, which I appreciated. Unfortunately, I received another job offer before hearing back from them and had to withdraw my application. Despite this, the interview experience was positive and gave me a good impression of the company.
