Heard back from HR within a few days of applying and scheduled a Skype call with the manager and Chief Investment Officer. Was also asked to complete a personality assessment online. Interview largely focused on previous experience in the software industry and what languages/tools I was familiar with. Interviewers seemed to especially care about my background in mathematics/statistics and my ability to pick up new technologies.
