The recruitment process was divided into two main stages: a business-focused stage and a technical stage. Initially, I was contacted by a recruiter for an introductory call, which served as the first point of contact and provided an overview of the role and company expectations.
After that, the process continued with an online meeting, followed by an in-person interview. Together, these stages allowed the company to assess both the business side, such as communication, fit, and understanding of the role, and the technical side, including relevant skills, knowledge, and practical ability.
