The interview was largely informal. No resume was required. The only real requirement was that I had no criminal record and a positive standing with previous employers/current employees within the company. Overall, the interview was not stressful, but rather conversational. The application materials were very straight-forward and quickly handled. Appropriate attire was business casual.
