Director and supervisor ask some simple questions. When they were talking about the company they started that they do performance evaluations and raises each year. I was there for quite some time and never received a performance evaluation or a raise. They tell you want you want to hear to get you in. After that, it is a complete nightmare!

I applied online, got contacted by the team leader right away and had the interview immediately. I interviewed with the team leader and assistant director. A day after I interviewed I was called and offered a position by the assistant director; they tried to offer me $35,000 but I said I would like $40,000, so they compromised with $38,000; always negotiate because they try to low ball you. I was hired right away and did a week of orientation before I started.
