Interview
Begins with phone interview; continues with on-line skills test; then face-to-face interview. Also included brief sit-in with current employees. Final interview conducted by future manager. Questions focused on ability to resolve objections. Seemed very concerned about inner motivation.

How will you motivate yourself to keep on dialing?
Had two HR calls then an interview with three members of the sales team.
Interview went really well, but they were offended when I asked about employee turnover. One member of the sales team called me a "sausage." Incredibly rude and unprofessional.
Phone interview then panel interview. In person / remote both options are available depending on your location. The interviews are nice and pretty easy going as this is for a sales position
