I applied online. The process took 2 weeks. I interviewed at Connecticut Distance Learning Consortium (Newington, CT)

Interview

Fairly easy, laid back interview. Asked about previous job experience. It was a one on one interview. Might have another manager sit alongside as well. Weren't really any behavioral questions. They want to see if you are willing to be a team player.
